How to cook spinach
1. Divide the spinach into pieces Cut the halves in half and remove the bad leaves, leaving the spinach root. Then wash it several times with clean water. Be sure to clean it and set it aside.
2. Cut a few red pepper shreds, peel two cloves of garlic, and pound into minced garlic for later use.
3. Add water to the pot, turn on high heat and bring to a boil. Add the cleaned spinach, wait for the water to boil and then cook for a short while before turning it off. It's on fire.
4. Take out the cooked spinach and put it on a plate.
5.Pour two spoons of light soy sauce into a small bowl containing garlic and minced garlic, and then drop a few drops Sesame oil.
6.Pour the prepared light soy sauce directly on top of the arranged spinach, and a plate of boiled spinach is ready.
